Our Legal Services department will work closely with you to support and finalise your hunt to find an office in London.
Our solicitor will carry out all of the due diligence on the landlord’s title and ensure that the lease and supplemental documents are drafted in the correct form. Many of our clients find this to be extremely useful, especially when they want a deal to be finalised quickly.
